We have studied this along the year: there is and there are.

Apart from the singular and plural words we have pasta, water, sugar,milk...which are words that we cannot count in 1, 2, 3... they are uncountable. We cannot say one pasta, two pasta, so we say:
In affirmative:
There is some pasta.
There is some water.
There is some sugar.
There is some milk.

And in the negative:
There isn't any pasta.
There  isn't any water.
There  isn't any sugar.
There  isn't any milk.

All right, we go to page 58 from our book of English and we do exercise 1.
We go to our activity book and we do page 59.

ARTS

Vamos a hacer un paisaje (landscape), parecido al que acabamos de ver en la página 58 del libro de inglés. Puedes utilizar cualquier legumbre o si no tienes, trocitos de papel hechos bolitas, arena, afiladuras del sacapuntas, etc
Puedes componerlo en un cartón o trozo de cartulina.

Vamos a hacer frases con "there is" y "there are" para describir nuestro paisaje.
Ejemplo:
There  are two mountains.
There is some snow on the mountains.
There is a river with many fish.
There isn't any cloud on the sky...
La descripción la puedes hacer en el cuaderno de inglés.
